Esri software and products are licensed, not sold. All Esri product licences are subject to Esri’s Master License Agreement and any supplemental terms. Eagle Technology acts as the authorised distributor of Esri products in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Eagle Technology, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
